How To Get An Infection

ARE WE ASKING THE BEST QUESTIONS?
Why is that you get every infection that goes by the front door? Why is it that you just get over one infection then you get another one?  Why is it that your friend never gets an infection?

Why didn't the entire world's population die with the Bubonic Plague (Black Death) of 1347 - 1351?  It killed an estimated 75 - 200 million, about 25% of Europe's population.

Why didn't the entire population of the world die because of the Spanish Flu of 1918?  It killed an estimated 20 million to 50 million victims, including some 675,000 Americans.

Shouldn't we be asking how did people live through the Bubonic Plague, Spanish Flu, Bird Flu, H1N1 virus .......?

Or maybe we should be asking what has to happen in order to get an infection and come down with the disease?

Five Major Contributors To Get Infection + Disease

STRESSED OUT HEADED FOR BURNOUT
Chronic stress can negatively affect our immune system making you more vulnerable to infections and diseases. The chemical reactions triggered by stressful situations result in an onslaught of stress hormones being pumped around the body while these hormones are useful in acute situations. Their ability to interfere with the immune system can result in inflammation. Reduced white blood cells, and a higher susceptibility to infection and tissue damage.
COMPROMISED IMMUNE SYSTEM
When your immune system cannot respond adequately then you are not able to respond to an infectious organism. The highly susceptible individuals include: the very young whose immune system is in its developing stages and is inadequately equipped to handle the foreign invaders; the elderly who are frail and have multiple conditions like diabetes, arthritis, poor circulation and high blood pressure; those that already have a pre-existing auto-immune disorder like Crohn's Disease, Hashimoto's Disease,

If you have just gotten over an infection, you simply do not have an infection. This does not mean that you are healthy! It does not mean that your immune system has recovered. YOU SIMPLY DO NOT HAVE AN INFECTION! Your immune system continues to be compromised.
SUITABLE ENVIRONMENT
Mosquitoes grow and flourish in a swamp, they rarely grow in the ocean or in a pristine glass of pure water. Just like your trash can when you put more garbage in it gets shoved deeper and deeper into the can. Our body is not equipped with a blue print to get rid of a large variety of these toxins. Toxins you consume and/or are exposed to get pushed down to deeper tissues. A toxic diet (fried foods, too many carbohydrates, alcohol consumption, nicotine, high gluten intake, lots of desserts, soda pop.   Recurrent and/or prolonged use of antibiotics can kill off the good bacteria that live in our biome. What you consume you digest. What you digest you become. Simply - garbage in, garbage available for bugs to grow on.
EXPOSURE TO INFECTIOUS ORGANISM
It is foolish to place yourself in harms way. If you know that someone has an infection, if you know there is a virus incubating in a community or on a cruise ship then you should prudently avoid unnecessary risks. You would not go swimming in a bug infected swamp would you? Paying attention to personal hygiene, food preparation and cooking hygiene are common sense but easy to casually overlook.
GENETIC TYRANNY OR BLESSINGS
We are blessed with genes of our ancestors, how they are expressed is the process of instructions in our DNA converted into messages of what to do like: make a protein, make a bone cell, convert a protein into tissue, make antibodies ...... It acts as both an on/off switch to control when proteins are made and also a volume control that increases or decreases the amount of proteins made. Epigenetics or above the genes is an emerging discipline that dispells the on/off mechanistic view and replaces it with the capability of our body functioning Above (Epi) the Genes. You have a choice of how your genes express the real you, stuck with your ancestors OR change your contractor.
